The crorambo.com news list announced this file in July 2010: “new high-res map as PDF added made in captivity”. Two related files followed after the author says he was released on 15 March 2011. These are a stitched high-resolution map (April 2011) and a PDF titled “dead escadrons” (May 2011). They are kept together here because they continue the 2009 series. Only the 2010 file is described in the source as made in captivity.
